Recover Access to Authy

If you are unable to access Authy on any device but you still have access to the phone number you use for Authy, enter your phone number below.

  • Recovery requests take 24 hours to review to protect your account.

  • Backup password/key can't be recovered or reset with this request.

  • Any existing Authy apps will no longer work, but you will be able to install a new one.

  • This recovery process will retain all backed up 2FA accounts. But if you had added a token to Authy, and didn't back it up, it will be lost.

  • If you have access to your Authy account, you don't need a recovery request. Check our Help Center to find help with any other issue you're facing.
